Twins vs Indians

Ok, this series scares me.  Last year the Twins played the Indians approximately 125 times and lost 123 times.  That sure is how it felt. So here, in my estimation, is what the Twins need.



Seriously.  I think a swift kick in the butt is exactly what the players need.  I hope Gardy gave them a major lecture today, reminding them that they are, in fact, major league baseball players, not a bunch of yahoos who wandered in off the street.  That's how they played against Cleveland last year.  Yuck!! 

I hope they all got the ass bat syndrome out of their systems last night.  I want them to give Francisco lots-n-lots of run support tonight. 

I want someone besides Mr. MVP 2006 and Kubel to hit the ball over the fence.  I don't expect a home run every other at-bat, but for heaven's sake, I thought some of the new guys were supposed to have some power.  I mean, I'm not picky, a homer is great no matter who it comes from, but come on, new guys!  Show us what you got!

I seriously hope that the Twins make the Indians pay for last year's 123 humiliating losses.  Here's a clip from Scrubs that explains my feelings perfectly.  Payback, please!
